I was born in Madurai, the beautiful temple city known for Meenakshi Amman Temple which was built in the 16th century which is amongst many other architectural marvels that the city boasts. My mother tongue is Tamil which is one of the oldest surviving classical languages in the world. After my initial schooling, I wanted to take up Chemistry in college, as I was very interested in knowing what everything was made up of and why things are the way they are. Since then, I have transitioned from a Chemist, to a Scientist to an Engineer. I also consider myself as a science enthusiast and an ambassador for science. I cannot wait to see what surprises the future has in store for me. Apart from enjoying science, I also enjoy visiting new places, try new adventures and sampling various culinary treats.
